Personalized consultation and procedure provided by the director for those suffering from failed filler treatments.
#Director 100% Direct Consultation #Use of Trusted Products

This is a procedure to reconstruct the filler using the director's know-how at BA Clinic for those who are concerned about fillers that did not turn out as expected after the procedure.
We reconstruct it through personalized consultation and procedure.
Failed filler revision/reconstruction requires not only design and technique, but also the ability to share the thoughts of the practitioner and the client.
BA Clinic's care is not just a procedure, but a sincere effort to restore your beauty and confidence.
We promise safer and more satisfactory results by considering your perspective and providing solutions.
Some examples:
1. Cases where the nasolabial fold filler was injected in the wrong area, making the face look heavy and droopy compared to before:
This occurs when an excessive amount is injected into a specific area, rather than being injected naturally along the nasolabial line.
2. Cases where after lip filler, the lip shape changed to a 'siot' (Korean character) shape, or specific areas became bumpy and protruded unattractively.
3. Cases where after forehead filler, the hairline and forehead look unnaturally separated instead of smoothly connected.
4. Cases where after under-eye filler, it did not come out smoothly and prettily, but instead became puffy like under-eye fat.

Please check if the procedure is possible through personalized consultation.

I received a filler injection, but I'm not satisfied with it. Can it be corrected?
Yes, it is possible. A botched filler isn't simply about getting another injection; it requires a process of evaluating the existing filler's condition → dissolving it if necessary → and establishing a re-procedure plan. At BA Clinic, we prioritize safety and results, offering a step-by-step reconstruction plan.
Do I have to dissolve the filler?
It is not necessary to dissolve it in all cases. If the filler is clumped or natural correction is difficult due to over-injection, it is recommended to dissolve it first using **hyaluronidase (filler dissolver)** and then redesign.
In what cases is a filler considered to have failed?
Typical cases are as follows: When nasolabial fold filler is incorrectly injected, making the face look heavy or unnatural. When lip filler results in an uneven, asymmetrical shape. When forehead filler sags or its border feels distinctly palpable. When the Tyndall effect appears due to under-eye filler. In such cases where the result is unnatural or side effects occur, re-treatment is considered.
Can my face return to its original state after dissolving fillers?
In most cases, dissolving fillers with hyaluronidase will almost completely restore your face to its pre-procedure state. However, if a large amount was injected or if significant time has passed, leading to tissue deformation, some residual changes may remain. Therefore, precise consultation and evaluation with the director are absolutely necessary.
Is it possible to get a filler re-treatment immediately?
If the filler has been dissolved, it is recommended to wait at least 1-2 weeks for a stabilization period before re-treatment. This is because accurate correction is possible after observing the swelling or changes in the tissue. If you rush to get it again, it may be difficult to achieve natural results.
What makes BA Clinic different?
100% direct consultation and design by the director Transparent disclosure of the filler product unboxing process right before your eyes Careful customized solutions even for complex cases such as asymmetry and unevenness We thoroughly manage the entire process to ensure greater safety and satisfactory results.
In what cases might re-treatment be difficult?
When severe fibrosis has already progressed When non-absorbable fillers (e.g., Artecoll, etc.) have been injected When infection or tissue damage is present In such cases, simple re-treatment may be difficult, and additional treatment may be necessary.
